G-20 Agreed to Extend Stimulus Plans

The USD pushed on Monday after the finance ministers of G-20 did not tackle the USD to go down and finally decided to conserve the stimulus plans for the near future.

Alistair Darling, the chancellor of UK Exchequer said that the G-20 had finally decided to sustain the interest rates low and preserve the budget deficit until the economic recover actually becomes the reality.

On the other hand, IMF expressed their view and said that the Forex position of USD might be overestimated. USD carry trades were back on track whereas the global commodities and stock trade gushed.

There is a record high in gold increased above $1,100 ounce. There is also new high of around 30 points in Dow Jones. S&P 500 is moving ahead with 23.78 around 1,093.08. JPY traded with little change against USD and dropped adjacent to other main currencies due to enhanced consumer sentiments regarding the risks.

EUR increased to 1.50 levels that were greater than what was expected from EUR. Taking into account German Industrial Production did very well and picked up EMU traders views corresponding to the trade.

GBP did profitable trade for another sixth day. AUD and CAD got good support from the returns in the unsafe asset prices. The housing plans of Canada hiked up to this year highest level against the AUD data were diversified.

USD trade index drop to 74.93, which was the lowest level since August 2008, before moving closer to the support level of 75 and finally close to that level.

If this support level is broken down, the USD index may drop to the support area of 71 that was the lowest figure since the last year. The resistance area reached to 77-78 level.

Overall, these updates influence the Forex trade and one good thing in this report is that the stimulus plans has been extended.
